There are multiple specializations in MBA such as finance, marketing, human resources, IT, SCM, logistics, operations, systems, general management or sector specific specialization like travel, healthcare, banking, insurance, etc. One must choose MBA specialization based on their interests, educational background, prior job experience and personality, skills and competencies. Individuals with good numerical ability can do well in the field of finance, particularly investment bank. Marketing is suitable for extroverts. People with social skills and empathy are suitable for HR.

Hi,
There are so many good colleges for pursuing MBA, but if the particular one have defense quota or not depends upon college to college, but most of the government colleges do have it, but this doesn't mean that one don't needs to appear for the entrance test. Quota defines number of seats, not marks.

MBA is a Master's degree. You can do BBA after completing class 12th. First, you need to complete your Bachelor's degree, then you will be eligible for MBA.
