Listening to your situation and experience, if you go to Dubai or any other gulf country now, you would get salary more than you are getting now i.e. if you're getting Rs.20,000, so there you'll get up to Rs.4 to Rs.45,000 and living expenses are also negotiable.
I hope it helps.

Travel and tourism is a nice MBA specialization with lesser scope and career opportunities in comparison to specializations such as HR, finance, marketing, IT, etc. If you are planning to pursue MBA, it will better to do general MBA as you can join travel and tourism industry even with generic MBA.
Also, generic MBA will you wider choices in campus placement. However, if you are sure that your interest is in making career in travel and tourism industry then you may go for MBA in travel and tourism.

MBA in finance is a good qualification to start corporate career. Why do you want to do LLB as it is not related to finance and may not give you any additional benefits, unless you want to change your profession and practice law. You may evaluate additional qualifications such as CFA, LOMA, NSE certifications, etc. based on your interest area to strengthen on your CV.
