It has two main category namely Banking and Non banking and withing these two fields there are more diversification

Again, which specialization you should opt for is one thing only you can know. Read articles about MBA specializations and see which one of them suits your needs. As a civil engineering professional you may opt for MBA General management or MBA HR. Regarding university and country, narrow down your choice after you have made a decision.
