You can surely opt for MSC computer science after MBA but if you are already pursuing your MBA then you can also choose IT as the specialisation

An MBA degree is a very well recognised degree and should open up many options for you. You should try and score very well in your exams in MBA and there should be no compromise on that. If you think that you do have ample spare time , then we would recommend that you can do some communication courses and public speaking which is an asset in any company and at any level.

Besides you may even consider pursuing certificate or diploma course in:

Both PGDM and MBA are popular these days. The basic difference between the two is that MBA is offered by recognized universities whereas PGDM is post graduation offered by autonomous institutes.
