No, it is not a compulsion that for getting a job after MBA your graduation should be done via a regular pattern. However, ensure that your distance learning programme is recognised by a university & the institute through which you are expecting to do your BBA is affiliated with a recognised university. If you wish to join your graduation through distance mode you can very well go for it. While opting for an MBA at a later stage it may or may not create problems. There are certain universities or colleges which may allow admission to only those students who have done their graduation as a regular course but there are too others college

If you are interested in industrial relation, labor relations, employee relations or customer relations. Then you can definitely go in the law courses related to this field. Many MNCs do need lawyers for completing mergers/acquisitions or amalgamation. Similarly, lawyers to tackle labor laws problem.

LLM in business law is desirable qualification to reach top most positions in legal support areas.
