The choice between CAT and IPMAT is based on the career goal. CAT is the most recognised test for admission into MBA programs, mainly for those who have completed their undergraduate studies. It is accepted by the top management institutes like IIMs. Whereas IPMAT is targeted at those students who would like to join directly for a 5-year integrated programme BBA+MBA immediately after schools and institutes such as IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak are providing this integrated program. And if one looks for the MBA, post-graduation CAT would be more suitable for it.

As per the overall placement report, the highest package and average package  offered during Asian Business School 2024 placements, stood at INR 22 LPA and INR 7.56 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 133 recruiters visited the campus during Asian Business School 2024 placements. The top recruiters Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Asian Paints, ITC, Colgate, Wipro, HCL, Aditya Birla Capital, Aron Global, etc.

With 75 percentile in CAT, it is possible to get MBA at SOIL Institute of Management among General AI category. SOIL Institute of Management offers admission to MBA course on the basis of CAT/CMAT/MAT scores. The SOIL Institute of Management CAT Cutoff 2024 was 75 percentile for General all India category. Candidates with at least 75 percentile can have a good chance of getting selected for an MBA at SOIL Institute of Management. However, the cutoff marks change every year and hence it can vary. The students who have appeared for other management exams such as CMAT/MAT as well can submit their best scores at the time of form filling.
