This dilemma is always faced by students who are on the cusp of higher studies. Having done graduation, what next? This question preoccupies mind of almost all children and their parents. I would like to make it easier to understand and appreciate. Masters in simple term means postgraduate study in the same subject as that of your graduation. During graduation, many related subjects are taught. But here only rudimentary or peripheral knowledge can be obtained. But a student is now capable to understand different aspects of travel & tourism. During Masters, one of these subjects is to be chosen. Here, a detailed study is undertake

Admission Process:
Register and Apply: Interested candidates can apply online or offline with the required information.
Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion based on score marks obtained in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ GMAT.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on performance in Group Discussion.
Final Selection: Candidates are selected based on CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ GMAT score and performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Weightage given to above-mentioned parameters is as follows:
CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT score - 70%
Group Discussion - 15%

You can surely join MBA in travel and tourism but then what will be the importance of doing engineering and then MBA in travel and tourism?
If you think you can do great in travel and tourism then surely go for it but your 69.7% will be of no use for the MBA. Both are totally different fields and you might be able to justify the use of engineering in PG, but not always.

Once you have the list of colleges, check on the college/course ranking & interact with their alumini group to find what suits the best.
