129 are not the most admirable marks in NEET to get into a government college. You will definitely get admission in any other private colleges if you don't want to waste your year and work hard there.

The NEET exam is conducted at the national level for MBBS Course. For the MBBS course, it is not necessary for the students to get admission to any medical college based on their class 12th results. However, to appear in NEET examinations, you need to score at least 50 percent marks if you are a general candidate (GN), 40 percent marks if you belong to any of the other backward classes (OBC), 40 percent marks if you belong to any of the scheduled tribes (ST), 40 percent marks if you belong to any of the scheduled castes (SC), and a minimum of 45 percent if you belong to the Person with Disability (PWD) category.

According to the information given by you, you may not get a MBBS seat in GMERS (MQ), Gujarat, as your NEET UG score is less than 550. Even though the NEET UG cut-off for MBBS varies every year, one must at least score above 550 marks to get into a government medical college. Due to high competition, the cut-off for the MBBS course is usually high, particularly in government medical colleges. Based on the previous year cutoff, it could be said that it is not possible to get admission for MBBS into the GMERS (MQ) with a score less than 500 in NEET UG unless you have a category-based exemption. For instance, the MBBS cutoff for the open

Dear aspirant, When you take admission in a medical college, you are subjected to medical examination. Complete ophthalmological examination plus ear examination takes place. Your disability can be caught. But, then it depends on the severity of your problem whether you will be allowed to take admission or not. Generally, people with hearing aid, who are able to hear are permitted. Ultimately, the last decision is of the authorities. But, mostly its in the favour of students. Hope it helps.
