As you are from medical background, you should do the course which will be beneficial for your career. So, it's better you try for other medical related course instead of B.Ed.

AIIMS Delhi MBBS Eligibility criteria:
The candidate has to complete 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology, and English. The candidate should have scored 60% marks. The candidate should be at least 17 years old. AIIMS Delhi MBBS Selection criteria:
The candidate should have taken the NEET UG. Candidates who qualify the NEET UG have to go for NEET counselling:

NEET 2020 cutoff for government colleges is the highest rank and its equivalent scores at which the admission to respective colleges will be granted. The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the NEET cutoff 2020 for government medical and dental colleges for admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. While the cut off of NEET-UG 2020 for 85% state quota seats will be released by the respective state counselling authorities.
