It is important to study MBBS from a good university irrespective of whether you study in India or abroad. If you choose a good university, it's worth to study MBBS abroad. For admission to MBBS abroad it is important that you score at least 50% in PCB and qualifying score in NEET. If you don't have this and still decide to go abroad you will not be eligible to practice in India. The fee structure varies from as low as 15 lacs for the entire course to 45 lacs or more depending on the country and college you choose. To know further details, please follow this link:

There is no MBBS in Canada. You have to complete your Bachelor's degree in biological science and then apply to a medical school, you must also clear MCAT.
Note that many medical schools do not accept international students. The fee for such programmes is around $35000 per year.

You can check with banks for education loans, and if you have a very good profile then the university may give you a scholarship.

To pursue MBBS in Canada, USA, UK, Australia or New Zealand, you need to enrol first for a pre medical course of 2 to 3 years after clearing which you need to score exceptional marks in their entrance exam. For eg MCAT to get admission in a medical school in Canada.
The other option is to study MBBS in Europe or other countries and appear for licensure exams like USMLE to get the PR of USA or Canada.
All the best.
