Hi,
No, there is no chances to get admission in Dehradun to get admission you have to get 450+ marks and then also they have fees of INR 12 Lacs per year so better study hard do well.

Your marks are fine. Hopefully you can get a medical college private one but the fees for every college differs and it does not depend on the fees but rather the ranking of the college.

According to your marks, it is nearly impossible to get a seat through All India Counselling in NEET and also, quite tough to get through state counselling but yes, there is a chance. I will suggest you to participate in state counselling for MBBS seats or you can try in private colleges if you want better facility compared to state government medical colleges.
