It's difficult to say if you can get a college for MBBS in Kolkata with your NEET score and AIR, but here's some information that might help:The minimum marks required for MBBS admission in 2024-2025 for the General category is 720, and for OBC/SC/ST categories, it's 161. Students who meet the minimum passing marks are eligible to participate in the West Bengal NEET 2024 counseling process. You can check the Medical College Kolkata cutoff for 2024 on Shiksha.

Cost of Pursuing MBBS at Medical College, KolkataPursuing MBBS from Medical College, Kolkata, can be very well considered reasonably priced when compared to other Indian medical colleges. The total tuition fees for the entire course would range anywhere from INR 10 Lacs to INR 15 Lacs for the five-and-a-half-year-long program. The fees will seem quite economical in comparison to those private medical colleges charging more than INR 50 lakh. Then again, one also has to spend on living, such as rent, food, and study materials. Monthly living costs would range from INR 8, 000 to 15,000 in Kolkata. Hence, while many students could fin

For general categories, the cutoff is around the 90th percentile, while reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC) have an 80th percentile cutoff. A table summarizing recent cutoff percentiles for different categories shows the 90th-95th cutoff for general, 80th-85th for SC, 80th-85th for ST, 85th-90th for OBC, and 40th for PH.
