Hi Gayatri,
It is important to study MBBS from a good university irrespective of whether you study in India or abroad. If you choose a good university, it's worth to study MBBS abroad. For admission to MBBS abroad it is important that you score at least 50% in PCB and qualifying score in NEET. If you don't have this and still decide to go abroad you will not be eligible to practice in India. The fee structure varies from as low as 15 lacs for the entire course to 45 lacs or more depending on the country and college you choose. To know further details, please follow this link:

As of now, there is no restriction on upper age limit to apply for MBBS abroad.
Though the good universities in Nepal take admission only on basis of entrance exam. I would suggest you to look out for Government Medical Universities in Russia which are listed with MCI.
You should apply at MCI before leaving the country.

Problem is not only with MBBS degree from Nepal, even if you have graduated from premier medical colleges like Havard or John's Hopinkins you will not be eligible for practicing in India unless you qualifies the exam conducted by MCI. MCI screening exam is the toughest to make through some time it takes up to 4-5 attempts to clear.
