Russia is a better option than Philippines. Many Russian medical universities have good brand value.

China is the best option. China, Russia, Ukraine, Philippine, USA, European countries offer the lowest fee structure for MBBS. All have MCI recognized Universities. The duration is 5 plus and 1 year internship. You would have to clear MCI examination to practice in India.
