Yes, the Medical Council of India accepts Bachelor and master’s degree in medical including MBBS from Ukrainian universities. However, Indian students who have pursued their MBBS from Ukrainian universities and wish to practice in India are required to clear FMGE test. The Foreign Medical Graduates Test popularly known as FMGE and MCI screening test, is conducted by MCI. However, Indian students who have pursue their MBBS from Australia, New Zealand, UK and US are exempted from MCI screening test.

To be honest, I don't know about Bangladesh for MBBS but I think you should consider Russia, China, and Ukraine for MBBS. Each and every country has advantages and disadvantages likewise universities too. You should call Just for Education for MBBS in Russia, China, and Ukraine.
