UK has an option to study PG MD/MS without any entrance examination. Only IELTS is mandatory requirement. As per Govt of India Gazette:

These are the few options –
1. MD/MS/Diploma: AIPGMEE exam
2. Diploma of National Board (DNB)
3. Combined Medical Services (CMS) - UPSC conducts CMS examination every year in the month of July/August for entry into government institutions like Railways, Municipal Corporations as Medical Officers.
4. Clinical Research- India is lacking behind when it comes to research work. There is a great demand for clinical researchers. Various institutes to offer research opportunities are ICMR (Indian Council for Medical Research), CIMAP, CCMB (Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology), St. John's Research institute. You can apply for the course if you are not over 25 years old. There is a 5 year relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC category. Minimum age specified is 17 years. 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is a must. The exams are generally scheduled around April and May.
