Medical professionals are always in demand. However, every country is strict when it comes to selecting the right candidate. Admissions are very competitive, students must be academically very good. For jobs, every country have their licensing exams which are again very tough to crack. Also the institutes you pursue, your MBBS from must be listed under MCI, so that you can be eligible to appear for MCI screening test to practice in India.

I will suggest you to complete your Masters in Medicine i.e MD, give MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) for USA and Canada. Afterward completing the same you can apply for Post-Doctoral Fellowship or Internship in the same.
You need to get a registered licesure to become a Doctor in countries such as Canada and USA.
However, for graduate studies and Post Doctoral Fellowships in Canada you can check out universities such as:
1. University of Western Ontario
2. Dalhousie University
3. University of British Columbia
4. University of Toronto
I hope this helps. Do write in case of further queries.
Now, for MCAT exam:

Well, MCI is a tough exam to clear. You need to consider a lot of things, get into a reputed university with excellent research and lab facilities, the country where you study and the university matters a lot. Many students pursuing their MBBS from foreign universities actually fail the MCI , so it does not matter if you complete your MBBS from India or abroad, it all comes down to your knowledge and how you can demonstrate the same on the MCI test. Good Luck.
