A General category student must secure an AIR rank of 55,000 or above to get an MBBS seat in a good college. Candidates must note that this is a predictive cutoff rank and not an absolute data. The actual cutoff data or rank will be relesed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) after the conclusion of the counselling process for Assam NEET.

The opening and closing ranks are determined by the candidate's category and quota. The opening rank for the general category under All India was 14566, while the ending rank was 22347. Cut offs vary depending on other categories, female candidates, and even domicile of home state. Admission to Agartala Government Medical College's MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery programme is based on NEET test scores. Applicants should validate the category to which they are applying while looking for cut offs.

Admission to Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) for MBBS is often determined by numerous variables, including your rank, reservation category, and the availability of seats. Admission to ranks between 15000 and 20000 may be difficult due to scarce and highly competitive seats. To fully assess your chances, review prior years' cutoffs as well as the official admission criteria.

No, doing a PG degree after an MBBS is not compulsive. Still, those interested in practicing in superspeciality or looking forward to teaching fields will mandatorily require it. PG courses are oriented toward advanced training in the art, providing specialised knowledge and ending with certifications like MD or MS, depending on the kind of special course chosen for pursuit. Many medical professionals opt for PG to gain greater expertise and qualify for more specialised roles in healthcare.
