It should be noted that the cutoff for MBBS at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College (BVMC), Pune is not yet officially out for 2024. As usual, these cutoffs are determined after NEET results and rely on such factors as number of applicants, toughness of NEET exam and availability of seats.Just for reference, in 2023 the NEET cut off for the general category at B.V.M.C.Pune was approximately between All India Rank of 118,655 to 308,914. This means that those were the opening and closing ranks for admission into MBBS programme.Additionally, securing above previous year’s cutoff score and attending counseling will enhance one's chance

Minimum marks required: For MBBS admission in India candidates must score at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination. So, a student who has scored below 60% can be eligible for MBBS. This holds true only if the scores obtained by the student are within the bar of 50-60%. Anything below that might not help the student with getting admission to the best colleges like BHU and AIIMS.

At the rank of 4,70,000 it is not possible to pursue MBBS in ESI JOKA as in India. Seats are very less as compared to the appearing candidates and the competition is too high. My advice is to reattempt the NEET exam for 2025.
