A General category student must secure an AIR rank of 50,000 or above to get an MBBS seat in a good college. Candidates must note that this is a predictive cutoff rank and not an absolute data. The actual cutoff data or rank will be relesed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) after the conclusion of the counselling process for Maharashtra NEET.

Admission criteria for medical colleges vary annually and are influenced by factors beyond NEET scores, including competition and reservation policies. While a score of 570 in NEET is commendable, acceptance depends on the college's cutoff for that academic year Hence 570 is a good score in NEET but would it satisfy the elegiblity to admit you in a particular college completely depends one the cutoff that is rulled out.
