No, you are not eligible for the defence personnel quota for MBBS if your father is serving in ITBP: The defence personnel quota is only available to the wards, widows, and wives of serving or retired personnel from the Army, Navy, or Air Force. Children of paramilitary forces like ITBP are not eligible for the seats reserved for the wards of army personnel. The defence quota in NEET is a reservation system that allocates a certain percentage of seats in medical colleges for the children of defence personnel.

Securing admission to MBBS at AIIMS Bhopal for an NEET score between 570 to 690 could be possible but competitive based on one's category, number of applicants, and overall cutoff for the year. The seats for MBBS in AIIMS Bhopal are few, and cutoff varies every year based on the difficulty and the number of candidates that appeared for the exam. For general category scores above 600 are often more competitive, whereas reserved categories will have slightly lower cutoffs. Cutoff trends should be checked for specific years because of this and any authentic query should be conducted by contacting the offices for admissions.

If you have not appeared for NEET, studying MBBS in India becomes challenging, as NEET is the mandatory entrance exam for MBBS admission. However, you can explore alternatives such as studying MBBS abroad in countries like Russia, China, Ukraine, or the Philippines, where NEET may not be required, though it's essential to ensure that the universities are recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Some private medical colleges in India may also offer direct admissions under management or NRI quotas, but NEET is generally still required for most institutions.
