All the AIIMS intitutions across india are very well reputated to be the best medical colleges. However if we compare the AIIMS at Gorakhpur and Delhi, we may find Delhi is slightly better. The reasons are:AIIMS, Delhi is an old institute established long time ago, the staff and administration has tonnes of experience AIIMS Delhi has ranked as top medical college is India. The Gorakhpur branch is a newly opened institute.It should be noted that the AIIMS Gorakhpur also is a good institute, it should get better as the time progresses
