It has been approved by the Malaysian Medical Council and has a good placement record, with a high placement rate and respectable salary packages. According to NIRF, the academy is ranked 151st out of 200 colleges in India for 2023. However, Srinivas University additionally provides an MBBS program. Changes in government policies or regulations regarding medical education can affect the sanctioned intake of medical colleges. Some seats may be transferred to other medical colleges based on specific criteria. If admitted students don't join the program, their seats may be offered to other eligible candidates. While both ACS and MAHER offer excellent MBBS programs, the higher cut-off at ACS indicates a more competitive selection process. This means that prospective students will need to have strong academic credentials to even be considered for admission. Both colleges have decent placement records, with graduates getting placed in reputed hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. However, ACS might have a slight edge due to its well-established alumni network. MAHER is generally considered to be a more affordable option than ACS. ACS Medical College and Hospital is considered to be better than Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research.
