No, students are not allowed to change colleges after completing the first year of MBBS due to the new Graduate Medical Education Regulations-2023. These regulations state that students cannot migrate to any other medical institution.The previous rule allowed students to migrate if they were physically challenged, had a serious illness, or their parents were transferred to a distant town.
