Hi. No. you can't get direct admission to Osmania Medical College MBBS course without NEET. The College only accepts admission strictly through NEET-UG score ranking and no separate admission test for taking admission. Admission in MBBS programs is granted based on marks scored in the NEET UG exam which is held by NTA. Yes, if you fail the NEET exam, you will not be able to get admission in any MBBS program including ESIC Medical College. NEET clearing is mandatory for MBBS admission in India. If you do not have a valid NEET score, you will not be eligible for the regular payment scheme and you may need to explore other medical courses or prepare to retry NEET again.
