Yes, you can provided you score enough in the NEET exam. Also, all the universities accept improvement marksheet and till now, I am not aware of any exception to this.minimum rank required in NEET for AIIMS:You should aim for at least 700+ to get AIIMS New Delhi. Looking at the last three years' cutoff, AIIMS Delhi NEET cutoff 2023 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) closed at 57 while in 2022, it closed at 61 and 53 in 2021.

Yes you may have less chances to get a government MBBS seat through All india quota.Score of 500-600 in NEET 2024 can get you admission to some of the top medical colleges in India. To get admission to an MBBS course in India, you need to fulfill the criteria.
