There is no such govt rule that you can pursue LLB via distance mode. Bar Counsel of India does not approve this. Kindly provide your number. We will assist you for the same.

Well, as per the norms of NCTE, general category should have at least 50% marks in there Graduation if you have not scored 50%, then, there is only possibility to pursue master course and get 50% marks on that.

The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing B.Sc. (Information Technology) a degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science stream with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as subjects studied and with a minimum of 50% marks secured in Maths and/or in aggregate from a recognized board of the country.
