Admission to MCA course is based on Karnataka PGCET/ KMAT score. Additionally, candidates must pass any degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for MCA course. After completion of the selection rounds, the shortlisted candidates are called for verification of the documents and counselling round. Aspirants need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university. The Management Quota fee for MCA course is INR 3.60 lakh. The fee is the total of annual fee paid by the candidates every year. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats.

Candidates who has a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline with Maths as a compulsory subject and has a valid score in the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET) are eligible for the MCA at UCEOU. Therefore, candidates must also check for TSICET exams eligibility criteria and apply for the exam via TSCIET official website.

The candidate should be an Indian National, appeared and Obtained non zero positive score in MAH-MCA-CET (Common Entrance Test) for the year 2023. For Open Category Candidate should pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA and any bachelor’s degree with Maths or Statistics at 10+2 level or higher level examination. For Reserve Category Candidate should pass with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA and any bachelor’s degree with Maths or Statistics at 10+2 level or higher level examination.
