MCA Eligibility

Shri V D Deshmukh College of MCA has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: CoursesEligibilityB.ComCandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board.BCACandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board.MCACandidate must have completed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science) /B.Sc (IT) /B.E. (CSE) / B.Tech (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute.

Candidate who have completed any graduation degree B.E./B.Tech/ B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.A. /B.Voc. preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University) with above marks can also apply.
Candidates appearing for final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to appear.

The eligibility criteria for MBA at D. Y. Patil Institute of Master of Computer Applications and Management, Akurdi are a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. The final year students can also apply provisionally with the condition of passing in their qualifying examination with the required percentage. The applicants must have a valid score in one of the following entrance exams CAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT, and ATMA. Work experience is not mandatory for applying for admission to the MBA programme but applicants are given first preference who have relevant work experience during the selection process. The applicants should have good communication knowledge in English. The applicants should have a good academic record. The shortlisted students are invited to appear for a Written Aptitude Test (WAT) and personal interview.
