1. Educational qualifications: Candidates with full-time 3 years B.SC/BIT/BCA with Maths or Statistics or equivalent as a compulsory subject from a recognised institution or university. B.Tech/BE Students can also apply for the exam. Candidates from open Universities or candidates appearing in Qualifying exams can also apply for the NIMCET exam.

1. You have pursued either a BCA or B.Sc. In math.
2. You studied mathematics as one of your subjects for a B.Com or B.A. Degree.
3. You had a mathematics subject in your 12th grade.

Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or B.A. Or B.Com. Or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmir Migrants). .

The candidate must have passed Graduation in BCA or equivalent from a recognised board The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 60% in the qualifying examination. The candidates who are in their final year of degree can also apply for admission.
