There is no such a core domain in medical after MCA. But, you can go for medical degrees, like MBBS, BDS, MS etc.

Chances of rejection is likely, because you already have a Masters, you can first email the universities and evaluate your chances. Many universities have admission representatives, you should get in touch with them directly.

All the above courses have equal priority in excellency. You can choose any one among those courses
MBA - If you are interested in business and marketing
MCA - If you are interested in computers
M.Sc - If you want to work with research oriented

You will easily get placements from this university, if you bear skills in yourself, then all the things will be secondary for the company officials. If not, then you can't be able to get placements for this college.

Various NIT s are offering MCA and also private engineering college. Initial step is to pass in the MCA Entrance exam of the respective state or, and for NITs its a common test. Greater advantage is that usually Maths graduates crack well in these entrance exams. After MCA there are high chances you can get job in India's top most IT companies. Most universities have their own entrance exams for MCA admissions.

Yes, if you are a working employee, then it is valuable but a regular course is always better than a distance one!
If you are able to do MCA regularly, then you should go for it.
