Full-time MBA is superior to part time MBA because of better learning opportunities (you can interact with teachers and fellow students) and campus placement facility. If you do not have any personal reasons, you are advised to opt for full-time MBA.

MCA has nothing to do with banking at all. How come you do MCA when you want to get into banking? But its not too late, kindly go for MBA in banking, POs or any other specialized officer exams.

Since you have completed your MCA, I would suggest you to go with a Ph.D or ME in computer science.

Hi,
Salary or package depends on many factors like experience, location, job role, position, company etc. But from my experience I have seen people get between 20K and 30 K for 1-3 yrs experience.
I would advise you to go for certifications on Programming, IT Infrastructure (Cisco, Microsoft, Cloud computing etc.)
The most important thing is your interest. So, you can choose any of the following based on your interest.

MCA is a job oriented professional PG degree. You can start your IT career immediately after MCA. If you plan to study further you can do M.Tech if you are technically oriented or MBA if you have management orientation.
