Kakatiya University conducts TSICET every year on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). Kakatiya University conducts the TSICET annually in an online mode. No, unfortunately you cannot do regular MCA without appearing for entrance exams like TANCET, BEEE, IPU CET, VEE etc.
