Generally, one needs to clear all backlogs to enter an MCA programme after a BCA. Most colleges have a rule that the student can apply for MCA as long as she/he has passed the BCA and cleared all subjects with backlogs. But, of course, eligibility criteria are strict in certain institutions where one would need no backlogs at the time of applying or admission. Thus, the best thing to do would be to check the specific requirements of the university you are interested in for accurate guidance on this matter.

No. The candidates will not be able to change their allotted exam centres in the BIT MCA admit card. Once the centres are allotted, the authorities will not accept requests to make changes in the centres. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while selecting their choice of centres during the application process.

The latest cutoff for the VITMEE exam for MCA in VIT Vellore is not specified here. But the MCA curriculum at the entry level demands the candidate has full time graduation degree from a recognized university with minimum 60% or First class. The process of selection is depending upon the VITMEE examination. The application fee of VITMEE is INR 1200 and the MCA program fee is INR 137000/- per year and there will be an additional caution deposit of INR 3000/- in the first year only.

This is the updated cutoff list of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at VJTI Mumbai which is subject to categories. For instance, the EWS category is cutoff at 99.55 while GOPENS category has a cutoff of 99.5. Further, the total percentiles for MAH MCA CET are 99.19 . Here's a breakdown of the cutoffs for different categories: EWS 99.55 EWS, GNT1H 94.93 GNT1O 97.49 GOBCO 99.2 and GOPEN 99.5 AI. While reporting to the exam centre, the candidates will have to present their BIT MCA hall ticket along with a valid identity proof. Any one of the following identity proofs can be presented at the centre for verification - Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/PAN Card/Passport/School ID. If the hall ticket and identity proof is not presented then the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the exam.

No. The candidates will not receive the BIT MCA admit card by post. To access the BIT MCA hall ticket, the candidates will have to visit the official website and log in using the required credentials. No other mode will be used to release the BIT MCA admit card. All registered candidates will have to download the hall ticket to participate in the entrance examination.
