If you are looking for an idea about the quality of education with Georgian College, it is a great school. I went there and I felt confident that I learned valuable skills about my chosen industry. No, a written test (online Computer based test) is the first step if you go for MCA in a prestigious institutes ex. NITs. Otherwise, you can get direct admission to private colleges if seats are available.

Pondicherry University is a good university for pursuing MCA with a decent faculty and curriculum. As for the placements, it largely depends on the performance of the students and the market demand.
