Dear Mahesh, As you mentioned, you have done B.Sc. Biotechnology but for the admission in MCA you must have Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or at Undergraduate level, otherwise you are not eligible for MCA.

Read about the patterns of their written exams and catch a glimpse on the kind of questions that an interviewer asks.
