Hi Manisha,
Yes, both the exams are different from each other. MCAER CET exam is for admission in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered in State Agricultural Universities in Maharashtra whereas MHT CET is for admissions to first year Engineering and Technology programmes (BE/B.Tech) and Pharmacy programmes (B.Pharma/Pharma. You need to qualify MCAER CET for admission in B.Sc Agriculture, but not all colleges take admission the basis of MCAER CET. So, decide on the college and check their eligibility before applying.
