Candidates need to fill their MCAER UG CET as well as MCAER PGCET application form online and thereafter need to download it and take a clear print of the same for future reference. Yes, you can give the exam because its eligibility is that you must have cleared class 12th from either Maharashtra board or any recognised board with physcis, chemistry, bio and English.

Yes, it is possible. Also, you have to pass 12th with PCB/PCM with atleast 50% marks in aggregate.
