1) If you miss the exam due to a valid reason I. e. Medical emergency, representing your college in a competition etc. Then you will get a chance to give the exam again at some later point of time. But you have to inform the college authorities about the issue in advance and have to take necessary permissions well in advance so that you don't get in trouble.
