McGill is an English-language university and all classes and course materials are taught in English. Students may submit written coursework and exams in English or in French. International students need to demonstrate English language proficiency to secure admission to McGill University. McGill is accepting IELTS or TOEFL score for giving admission to international students. Applicants need to have IELTS score of 6.5, TOEFL IBT score of 94, TOEFL ITP score of 587 while applying for McGill University courses.

The university has more than 30% international students from aroudn the world. Yes u can pursue MS in CS from McGill University after your BCA of three years if u have minimum 3.2 GPA out of 4 in your Bachelor's degree and having good rank and cutoff score in GRE for it. So, give your best :). .
