Yes, you still apply to McGill University however, late applications are not considered for scholarships, or for limited enrolment programs unless written permission to apply late is obtained in advance from the Admissions Office concerned. Late applications are also not considered for non-limited enrolment programs. Students are expected to contact the department in question directly to check whether they are accepting late applications.
