For admission to BVoc at MCKVIE, the minimum eligibility criteria is to either pass Class 12 in any stream from a recognised board or After 10 Diploma of 3 years or After 10 ITI of minimum of 2 years. Admission to this course is merit-based. Students are selected based on their performance in the previous qualifying exam.

Admission to MBA at MCKV is entrance-based. Those who want to get admission to this course are required to qualify for either CAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ JEMAT/ XAT entrance exams with a valid score.

These are Computer Science & Engineering (AI & ML), Automobile Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, CSE (Data Science), Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Communication (VLSI Design), Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering. The Computer Science & Engineering (AI & ML) specialisation awaited for approval.

In order to get admission to BTech at MCKVIE, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with 45% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Applications / Technical Vocational subjects (in both theory and practical) (40% aggregate for reserved category). Further, a 30% aggregate is also required in English from a recognised board. As per the next step, aspirants need to qualify for either JEE Main or WBJEE with a valid score.
