MD Eligibility

Candidates seeking GMCH Chandigarh MD admission under the State Quota must register for the NEET Chandigarh counselling. Such property should be in the name of the parents or the candidate 

Candidates seeking MD admission at GMCH Chandigarh under the All-India Quota must register for counselling on the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Only NEET-qualified candidates can apply for the counselling conducted by the MCC. SCTIMST Trivandrum has specified the following eligibility criteria for admission to its MD course:The candidate must have completed MBBS or an equivalent degree from a recognised university (Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission), with a one-year compulsory rotatory internship from a medical college of reputeThe candidates must have completed the requisite degree by Jan 31, 2025, for the January session and July 31, 2025 for the July sessionThe candidate should have applied for and obtained registration with KSMC/TCMC at the time of admissionThe candidates must not be over forty years of age (as of January 1, 2025, for the January session and July 1, 2025, for the July session) (the upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, etc. categories)
