To pursue MD in cardiology after a B.Sc in cardiology, you must first complete an MBBS degree as MD requires a medical background. In India, enroll in MBBS through NEET-UG and then qualify for MD Cardiology via NEET-PG. For foreign countries, seek MBBS-equivalent qualifications and clear licensing exams like USMLE (USA) or PLAB (UK). Direct master's options in allied fields like cardiovascular technology are also available internationally.

Yes, MUHS Nashik offers specialisation under the MD program, for example, in fields like General Medicine, Pediatrics, Pathology, Anesthesiologyetc. The specializations that would be available would be based on the affiliated colleges under MUHS. Under the counseling process, a candidate can opt for a desired specialisation depending upon the NEET-PG rank and the availability of seats.

The MD admission process for MUHS Nashik will begin with clearing the NEET-PG exam results. After that, there is counseling, either done by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) or by the specific state authority, after the declaration of results. A candidate has to choose MUHS Nashik as an option. Necessary documents have to be submitted with the payment of admission fee for confirmation of the seat.

At present, the institution does not offer any MD course in Manasa Roga (Psychiatry). However, like all the other medical and clinical departments in NIMHANS, it offers an entire suite of postgraduate courses, including MD in Psychiatry. This is an excellent place to consider for those interested in pursuing psychiatry with specific aspects of mental health or other such areas. You would have to apply through the INI CET exam for admission. The procedure includes eligibility checks and document submission.

Admission to the MD courses at the Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Jharkhand, primarily requires NEET PG scores. NEET PG is the standard entrance examination for MD programs across most medical institutes in India, and CIP follows this guideline. Without qualifying for NEET PG, it is unlikely you will be eligible for admission to their MD programs, as the institute adheres to this process to ensure fair and competitive selection. It's advisable to prepare for and attempt NEET PG to secure admission into their MD courses.

The selection for the MD Psychiatry course at CIP Ranchi is based on performance in the NEET PG exam. Candidates must meet the cutoff set by the institute, which varies each year depending on the number of applicants and seat availability. After qualifying NEET PG, candidates participate in a centralized counseling process managed by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) for seat allocation.Thank you
