I advise you to do 4 year B.Sc. in USA, so that, you can get a better job opportunity in anywhere, because abroad' s degree is more relevant, so you can go with 4 year BSc. in USA.

Scholarships are mostly given on the merit-basis and are awarded by the universities. Outstanding academic performances, research work, relevant knowledge are desired. The required exam for a scholarship differ with universities, for the universities in UK, mostly an applicant must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree with interest in dental public health, community dentistry, health promotion, etc. Additionally, you must take the IELTS. If you hv mbbs from india, you can go ahead with md from US as it will add new dimension to your career because of the rigour it requires. MD in india is equally competent though.
