Hi Parkavi, Both are of equal importance. It's best if you wish to start your own practice. Then, go for Masters. Going for a Master is well suited in both the cases like self practice as well as getting placed in hospitals or government. Organizations. If you hold a Maser Degree, your designation, work profile and pay scale might get a comparatively high boost.
