You need to go through the National Dental Examining Board of Canada website thoroughly to get more details on the process of applying as a foreign trained dentist. Their website is https://ndeb-bned.ca/en. You will have to click on the link for "Non-Accredited Programs" as the Indian degree is not recognized as equivalent by Canada. The details for the NDEB Equivalency process are given on this page. The NDEB Equivalency Process includes three assessments which include a test as well. If you successfully complete these assessments then you are allowed to participate in the next step I.e. NDEB Certification Process.

Canada does not have any program called as MDS. It's South Asian particularly an Indian concept. you may apply for DDS and requirement is as follows
You must have successfully completed a dentistry degree program and provide copies of your transcripts and your dentistry degree
If your first language is not English (or you have not completed post-secondary education in the English language),you must demonstrate English language proficiency in any case IELTS or TOEFL is mandatory for student coming from non English speaking countries.
