Dear chidambara makar. since you are doing BDS, why not try CAT . so that you can get admission with indian institute of management which are top in india. from there you can get positions as you wish. MHA also good course but through CAT. you can do more best. the following collges offer MHA course:

well its difficult to prepare for AIPG in two months. focus more on clinical subjects, its 60:40 ratio, so concentrate more on clinical subjects. and study last 5 year repeated questions in aipg as well as aiims medical & dental both. last year there were lot of picture based questions so be thorough with that too. hope it helped. n all d best.

Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
