MEASI Academy of Architecture, Chennai was established in the year 1999 as a Private Educational Institution. MEASI Academy of Architecture offers three courses which include B.Arch and M.Arch. The total seat intake for these courses is 200. The teachers are really qualified and knowledgeable.

Hi. No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50 per cent. Aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50 per cent. marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50 per cent. marks in aggregate.Candidates may note that NATA 2024 is the qualifier Aptitude Test for admission to B.Arch programme . Hi.No, MEASI Academy of Architecture doesn't give 100% scholarship.Merit based scholarship are available to those who have scored 90% marks in the current semester. Those students who have family income of less than 5 LPA given 50% fee concession as prescribed by the university norms. Thanks

Hi. Based on the 2024 last-round closing ranks, the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) turned out to be the most sought-after course to get admission at the MEASI Academy of Architecture for the General AI quota. The last round cutoff of the course was 209 in 2024. For the OBC category students, the TNEA last-round cutoff was 310.For B Arch (5-year UG programme), one needs to minimum of 50% in 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or 80/200 in NATA.Thanks.
