Hello Sachin,
Normally speaking, one needs diploma in the particular branch to be eligible for admission in engineering in that particular branch. However, many states and Institutions including IIT's accept diploma as equivalent to 12th and hence you can take admission to any branch of your choice in first year, after following due process.

Hello Shwetank,
No, it is not possible to even get a seat at VIT, Vellore or any of the campuses (except Bhopal) with this rank. You may be called for counselling but you can just book a seat under category 5 only.
So, it is impossible to get a seat.
